We have a number of guaranteed places available, and the 10k distance is achievable and manageable for most, with a reasonable amount of training.

The run's route is through the heart of London, passing many of its famous landmarks such as Trafalgar Square, St. Paul's Cathedral, the London Eye and Big Ben. More than 20,000 runners have taken part each year for the last three years. 2008 looks set to be similarly full capacity, so apply soon.

Places will be offered on a first-come first-served basis. In return for a guaranteed place in the British 10K London, we ask runners to pledge to raise a minimum of £200.
